On Feb 26, Haizhu district integrated the digitized collaborative office system with DeepSeek, introducing an AI document assistant that combines functions such as document generation and refinement, supporting all government personnel in the district to enhance administrative efficiency.

During the local deployment of DeepSeek by the Haizhu digital government operations center, the government's knowledge corpus was strengthened to ensure that the error rate in document processing is kept within 5 percent, establishing a distinctive government knowledge system.

Additionally, Haizhu launched the "AI Partner", leveraging DeepSeek to link internal and external data sources, enabling one-click generation of enterprise profile reports to assist Haizhu partners in becoming knowledgeable advisors in understanding enterprises and policies.

In June 2024, Haizhu, with the support of Baidu AI Cloud, constructed the first provincial-level government-specific large-scale model, the Haizhu Government Cloud Brain Model. This model was upgraded to version 2.0 by integrating DeepSeek, enhancing its capabilities in natural language processing and other areas. In the intelligent analysis scenario of the 12345 hotline, the time for handling requests was reduced from five minutes to less than 10 seconds, and the accuracy of referrals increased from 83.3 percent to 91.7 percent.
