Haizhu is set to develop several significant projects, with the Pazhou Port hub vertical take-off and landing field attracting considerable attention.

By mid-year, the Haizhu (Pazhou) Low-Altitude Flight Operations Center is expected to be operational, which will make it possible to get from Pazhou to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport by helicopter in just nine minutes, while the journey to Hong Kong International Airport will take a mere 26 minutes. This represents a significant reduction in travel time compared to traditional driving and ferry methods.

The project will also introduce low-altitude flight routes to Zengcheng, Conghua, Nansha, as well as Foshan and Dongguan, with an estimated daily flight frequency of 100 to 150 aircraft.

Haizhu district will welcome the headquarters of Pop Mart Headquarters Park, robot stores, and other new consumer formats, along with projects like the XPeng Aeroht unmanned aerial vehicle project and the Hongmeng Smart Travel new energy vehicle project.

The district will deepen its collaboration with universities and research institutions to promote the commercialization of key research outcomes. Additionally, it will optimize services for private enterprises and optimize the new Haizhu Partner model.

Through initiatives such as introducing new business formats, enhancing technological innovation, and improving services, Haizhu aims to comprehensively drive high-quality regional economic development.
