Recently, the Marubi Group's new headquarters building in Pazhou West District, Guangzhou, has passed joint acceptance, marking the completion of Marubi Center, an investment and construction project by Marubi Corporation in Haizhu district.

With a total investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan ($168.36 million), this landmark building is located in the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Experimental Zone, covering a total construction area of 58,000 square meters, integrating office spaces, commercial areas, and exhibition spaces.

With a planned height of 138 meters, the building stands 29 stories above ground and four stories below, featuring a challenging twisted form that pushes structural limits to the extreme.

The design incorporates the aesthetic philosophy of beauty in circles, emphasizing green and environmentally friendly concepts while showcasing artistic and fashionable qualities.

Pazhou West District has emerged as a crucial platform for developing Guangzhou's digital economy, attracting numerous internet industry leaders and forming a golden triangle region.

The completion of Marubi Group's headquarters building will inject new vitality into the cutting-edge brand innovation center, contributing to Guangzhou's economic development and industrial upgrading.
