The Window of Guangzhou Business Port Phase III Project in Area C of Lijiao Road, Haizhu district has passed its final inspection, marking the completion of the last element of the "100" shape of the Guangzhou Window.

This landmark building consists of three sections, A, B and C, presenting a "001" and "100" shape when viewed from the north and south, respectively. Illuminated by colorful lights at night, it has become a new highlight along the Pearl River's back channel.

The project's total construction area is approximately 560,000 square meters, with a planned total land area of 167,000 sq m.

Area A has already become an important hub for the headquarters economy along Guangzhou's central axis, while Area B, WIN100, is now open for comprehensive sales. Area C is positioned as a high-end office building and a star-rated brand hotel, aiming to create a hub for the headquarters economy.

The project team has employed innovative, intelligent, and green construction methods, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and smart construction site management systems to enhance efficiency and safety in quality management.

The unique architectural design and strategic location make Guangzhou Window a place where visitors can directly overlook the three landmarks in the center of Guangzhou. In the future, it will serve as an important base for domestic and foreign enterprises participating in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
