Recently, the "Pazhou Algorithm Valley · Shaxi Intelligent Computing Center" operation launch and the establishment ceremony of the Intelligent Computing Eco-Alliance were held at the China Telecom Guangzhou Cloud Computing Data Center.
At this launch event, the Shaxi Intelligent Computing Center announced that it will now start external operations with a computing power of 100P. This is equivalent to being able to complete 100 peta-level floating-point operations or hash calculations every second, which is a performance level comparable to that of 50,000 PCs. In the next 2-3 years, Haizhu district is poised to strive to establish a local computing power of 300P and add a schedulable computing power of 1000P.
The conference also highlighted the Pazhou Intelligent Computing Scheduling Platform, serving as a key lever for the coordinated efforts of Haizhu, the three major operators, and a group of computing power service enterprises within the district, aimed at supporting the optimization and application deployment of large artificial intelligence models.
Haizhu has consistently organized the Pazhou Algorithm Competition over the past three years to establish a demonstration area for the application of large artificial intelligence models. The competition has successfully attracted high-quality global algorithms and talent resources to strengthen Haizhu's status as the leading pilot area for data-driven economies in China and to help data-intensive enterprises seize opportunities.
During the event, all member units jointly initiated the establishment of the Pazhou Intelligent Computing Eco-Alliance, with the aim of promoting the optimization iteration of large models and the practical application of these technologies.
