On April 23, the 3rd Pazhou Algorithm Competition was launched in Beijing, and held simultaneously at the Pazhou branch venue in Guangzhou.

The competition expanded to include five regions, both domestically and internationally, for the first time, and a regional advancement system was introduced. The final competition and award ceremony are scheduled to take place in Guangzhou in September.

This year's competition has witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 5,000 companies and talent teams actively participating. This robust participation is a testament to the competition's relevance and popularity in the business community. The competition, designed to address the practical needs of industrial development, encompasses fundamental algorithmic techniques and industrial application landing. It features three main event categories: Algorithm Selection Competition, Innovative Application Competition, and AI Big Model Challenge.

As part of its commitment to supporting regional economic growth, the competition has released the "Pazhou Digital Economy Index Research Report 2023." This report, which evaluates six dimensions, serves as a valuable resource for regional policy-making. By providing reference points for policy decisions, it aims to facilitate high-quality and rapid regional growth, further solidifying Pazhou's positioning as a global hub for digital economic development.

Additionally, Haizhu district innovatively launched the "Haizhu Partner" enterprise supply and demand platform, with its core function being supply and demand matching. It also includes modules for enterprise-specific services, policy services, talent services, cultural activities, financial support, and Pazhou exhibition news. This platform aims to enhance the efficiency of business matching between enterprises, further optimizing the business environment.
