From Feb 5 to 9, the Haizhu Flower Fair received three awards at the Guangzhou Spring Flower Fair selection event. Haizhu district was awarded the "Most Beautiful Archway" gold award, as well as two silver awards for "Best Creativity" and "Most Festive Atmosphere."

The design concept behind the Binjiang Flower Fair Archway in Haizhu district integrates Cantonese architectural culture and unique local elements, presenting a striking testament to the symbiotic relationship between urban progress, historical legacy, and contemporary style. The apex of the central archway displays the festive atmosphere of the millennium-old cultural heritage of Haizhu and the traditional Flower fair.

In addition, a 20.24-meter-long traditional Chinese painting scroll became a must-visit spot for citizens at the Haizhu Flower Fair, representing auspicious wishes for the nation's prosperity and the enduring warmth of its people throughout the year during the 2024 Chinese New Year.

The Spring Flower Fair featured three distinct thematic activities: flower street stroll, flower fair exploration, and floral elegance, creating a rich festive atmosphere and a sense of the Chinese New Year.
