From Feb 4 to 25, the 31st Garden Expo was held in Baiyun district, Guangzhou, showcasing a series of beautiful gardens and art pieces.

The expo displayed 11 sets of exquisite garden works, four sets of urban gardens in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, 43 sets of floral landscape works, six sets of international and domestic bamboo art works, four sets of specialized popular science gardens, seven sets of natural art season works, and over a hundred sets of garden and art works such as orchid flower arrangements, Lingnan bonsai works, and university student design competition works. The fusion of garden art and flowers brings a touch of color to spring.

"Hai·Cloud Valley", a piece of art from Haizhu, won the gold award in the art garden category. The work was displayed at the main venue, Baiyun Mountain, and preserves the natural and original texture of the mountain valley. It combined new and old with abstract sea reef blocks, entrance walls, plank roads, viewing platforms, and pavilions, creating the Haizhu ecological smart valley that once existed in the sea and exploring a low-impact, close-to-nature spatial construction experiment.

The sub-venues set up at the Children's Park, Guangzhou Orchid Garden, and Liuhua Lake Park were also highlights.
