During the 2024 Chinese New Year, the central region of Haizhu district in Guangzhou launched a series of New Year themed activities centered around the axis from Canton Tower to Haizhu Wetland, linking multiple attractions to host a series of New Year events, creating a rich festive atmosphere.

Haizhu Wetland has prepared a rich Chinese New Year flavor package for visitors, including a 50,000-square-meter flower exhibition and the 2024 Haizhu Wetland Lantern Festival evening party.

Canton Tower will host the Pearl River Spring Festival-themed series of activities, including a waterborne flower market and experiencing Guangzhou's traditional Chinese New Year atmosphere.

Guangzhou Cultural Center will host the Spring Festival Intangible Cultural Heritage Garden Fair, and Guangzhou restaurants will also hold events at the Cultural Center, providing an experience of traditional Cantonese morning tea.

Guangzhou Art Museum will hold exciting exhibitions on ancient Chinese painting schools, modern and contemporary Chinese art, and contemporary Guangdong art exploration.

Tmall Interavtive Technology (TIT) Creative Park will also host a variety of activities, including New Year flavor stalls, boutique stalls, and interactive games.

In addition, various streets will host diverse Chinese New Year activities, including Spring Festival markets, photography contests, Lantern Festival celebrations, and traditional experiential activities, providing opportunities for joy and cultural exchange for visitors.
