Recently, the Haizhu District Industrial Park introduced the first batch of digital robots to provide a 24-hour service mode for workers.

These digital robots have been stationed in 10 industrial parks and service sites in the Haizhu district. They provide standardized answers to avoid artificial differentiation in manual services.

Workers can ask questions by clicking on the screen, and the digital robots will immediately respond with voice and display corresponding text replies.

Digital robots use cloud computing and virtual AI technology to achieve multimodal interaction, including face-to-face human-machine dialogue and voice assistants. They have already launched over 5,000 union business knowledge points and legal knowledge of labor relations, achieving intelligent, standardized, and normalized union services.

In addition, digital robots have gathered legal regulations and policy interpretations for over 400 labor dispute cases, providing strong guidance.

As the core area of the national artificial intelligence and digital economy experimental zone, Haizhu district is the first to apply artificial intelligence technology to the public service field. In the future, upgraded versions of the Haizhu district's digital robots will be successfully implemented.
