The second Digital Governance Summit and Forum on Digital GBA will be held from Dec 8 to 10 at the  China Import and Export Complex in Guangzhou's Haizhu district.

During the event, Haizhu district will share its experience and achievements in the construction of a digital governance system, as well as the high-quality development of its digital industry.

Haizhu district has created the first county-level data broker system in China. A data broker refers to a data intermediary service organization that promotes the integration and circulation of industry data and public data.

It has conducted pilot programs in electricity, finance, and e-commerce. These programs have played an important role in promoting the development of the digital economy.

Haizhu district also focuses on providing intelligent government services by utilizing technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and virtual reality to offer convenient government services to businesses and the public.

The achievements of Haizhu district's digital governance construction have been recognized by various sectors of society and have been a hot topic at high-level conferences.
