The Haizhu tax bureau is guiding and encouraging enterprises to achieve green transformation through policy support, such as tax incentives and personalized guidance.

The Lijiao Water Treatment Plant in Guangzhou recently achieved a full closed-loop sewage treatment process by relocating its facilities to underground spaces and upgrading its environmental protection facilities. Thanks to this change, and with the bureau's guidance, the company got to enjoy over 17 million yuan ($2.38 million) in environmental tax reductions.

Guangzhou Baiyun Taxi Group has also been at the forefront of green transformation. Since 2018, the company has deployed over 1,000 electric taxis, saving nearly 70 million yuan in vehicle purchase tax and 9.6 million yuan on vehicle and vessel tax.

The Haizhu tax bureau will continue to incentivize green tax policies and guide enterprises towards a green and low-carbon transformation.
