Tongchuanghui Park in Haizhu district, Guangzhou has been undergoing renovations and upgrades with the aim of becoming a center for the fashion and design industry.
The park has provided more comfortable office and outdoor spaces while preserving green areas and orchards. The traffic has been optimized, taking into consideration both urban environmental updates and improvements to supporting facilities.
The park, which used to be a place for storing discarded fabrics during the heyday of cloth trading, has been transformed into a true hub for fashion, originality, and branding, attracting a large number of high-quality enterprises. It has become a national pilot park for textile and apparel creative design, with over 40 clothing design companies and more than 500 designers operating within it.

Various cultural and creative activities have been held, leading to partnerships with high-quality enterprises and fashion institutions.
Moving forward, the goal of the park is to develop into a fashion complex that combines commerce, tourism, and culture.
