The Haizhu National Wetland Park will host a series of activities to celebrate its 11th anniversary as well as the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day from Sept 28 to Oct 6. The activities will consist of five main sections.

Firstly, at 10 am on Sept 28, Haizhu wetland's 11th anniversary celebration will start in the Green Heart Lake area. The event will feature Haizhu wetland’s theme song Thousand-Year Glance as well as traditional and street dance performances.

Secondly, between 10 am and 5 pm from Sept 29 to Oct 6, a nature museum market will be held at the archway square. The market will feature 40 to 50 youth life creative brands from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Thirdly, the "Haizhu Partners" exhibition of famous local high-quality products will be held on Zijing Avenue [z1] between 10 am and 5 pm from Sept 29 to Oct 6. Local outstanding enterprises will be invited to showcase and promote their products, demonstrating the preferential policies enjoyed by Haizhu district's quality products.

In addition, a lakeside concert will be held beside the Green Heart Lake from Sept 29 to Oct 1 from 11 am to 12 pm as well as 3 pm to 4 pm. Musicians and bands of different styles will be invited to perform, creating a mix of music and nature.

Finally, the intangible cultural heritage workshop activity will be held in the Encounter Nature area from Sept 29 to Oct 6. It will provide opportunities to learn about intangible cultural heritage items and include courses on indigo dyeing, ancient-style folding fans, and velvet flower making.
