Haizhu district of Guangzhou - capital of South China's Guangdong province - will hold a raft of activities during the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, which runs from Sept 29 to Oct 6.

The 11th Anniversary Celebration of Haizhu National Wetland and the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Carnival are scheduled take place from Sept 28 to Oct 6. 

The new Guangzhou Cultural Center is hosting the Mid-Autumn Festival garden party through Sept 29 (closed on Mondays).

Taste Haizhu·2023 Haizhu District Calligraphy and Painting Invitation Exhibition is being held from Sept 15 to Oct 9 at the Shixiang Garden Memorial Hall. 

A traditional performance event takes place in late September during the Mid-Autumn Festival at the Party Pier Beer Cultural and Creative Art Zone. 

The first Guangdong International Food Culture Festival is going to kick off on Sept 29 in the outdoor garden of the Guangzhou Shangri-La Hotel.
