The promotional song One Glance of Eternity and its music video for the Haizhu National Wetland Park - located in the Haizhu district of Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province - was unveiled on-site and online at the local Lingnan Music Hall on Sept 3.

With love as its main theme, the song depicts the glorious ecological and cultural environment of the wetland park, the broad artistic concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature - and the long history and rich culture of Haizhu district.

The song's lyricist Liu Jianfeng, who has been working and living in Haizhu for many years, said he'd developed deep emotions towards the region.

Through this song, he wanted to praise the beauty of the wetland and Guangzhou. Liu also added that he wanted folks to be aware of the profound historical background and innovative vitality of Guangzhou and Haizhu district - to attract more outstanding young people to move there in search of innovation and entrepreneurship.

As an ecological calling card for Haizhu district, Guangzhou city - and even wider Guangdong province - the wetland in Haizhu has demonstrated its value in recent years.
