The topping out ceremony for the global headquarters of 37 Interactive Entertainment was held on Aug 8 in Pazhou, Haizhu district.

The building uses three-dimensional greening decorations, with a spiral shape covering the entire structure from bottom to top, reducing the accumulation of heat and saving energy costs.

The building will also incorporate digital cultural creative works into its public space, which is open around the clock, in the form of installation art, digital imaging, and virtual interaction.

This will create a cultural and technological landmark in Pazhou that integrates a headquarters office with an urban landscape, not to mention the combination of vertical greening and city green space, as well as a digital space coexisting.

The building not only has a canteen, gym, lecture hall and meeting room, but also a hotel, tea room and bookstore, affording employees the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

The headquarters is located in the Pazhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Pilot Zone as Pazhou accelerates the development of its digital economy.

In 2022, the revenue of digital cultural enterprises in Pazhou reached 8.75 billion yuan ($1.21 billion), up 88 percent year-on-year. From January to May, its operating income was 3.46 billion yuan, marking a jump of 41.7 percent from the corresponding period in 2022.
