A thrilling international music festival was held from June 8 to 9 at the Haizhu National Wetland Park, Haizhu district, providing people with the opportunity to enjoy great music and the exquisite local natural environment.

The music festival featured a variety of performances, including a cappella rendition, jazz and Cantonese classical music.
The organizers invited many top singers, including renowned soprano Li Suhua, young Guangdong musician Wan Chengqi, the R.S. Vocal Ensemble from the Xinghai Conservatory of Music, ethnic wind band performer Huang Huiji and jazz singer Li Hecong.

The guests attending this music festival included experts and academics in environmental education, music enthusiasts, environmental conservation volunteers and representatives from over 60 companies in Haizhu district. The folks really enjoyed the music and appreciated the glorious flower displays at the Haizhu National Wetland Park.
The Haizhu National Wetland Park covers 1,100 hectares and is the largest national wetland park in the central urban area of China's mega-cities. It plays an extremely important role in regulating the urban climate, purifying urban air, controlling urban water bodies and improving the urban ecosystem and environment.
The Haizhu National Wetland Park has held four international music festivals in recent years, providing people with top-quality public cultural services.
