Guangzhou recently released its plan to develop key commercial areas. Guangzhou plans to form 33 key business circles by 2035. Among them, Haizhu will build a world-level business circle and two regional-level business circles.

The world-level business circle in Haizhu is the Canton Tower - Pazhou Business Circle. The two regional-level business circles are the Jiangnan West Business Circle and the South Guangzhou Avenue Business Circle.

Haizhu will build the Canton Tower - Pazhou Business Circle into a world-level business circle with a good business environment and outstanding interactive experience functions.

Haizhu will build the Beijing Road - Haizhu Square Business Circle into a dynamic and fashionable world-level business and cultural tourism destination.

Haizhu will incorporate Lingnan (Guangdong and the nearby provinces in southeastern China) cultural characteristics into the upgrades for the Jiangnan West Business Circle, creating a new consumption space.

The Beijing Road - Haizhu Square Business Circle and the Canton Tower - Pazhou Business Circle will achieve full 5G network coverage. Haizhu will use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction to build these smart business circles.

In addition, Guangzhou will take the central urban section of the Pearl River as the axis to create a high-quality night tour route along the front, back and west waterways of the Pearl River.
