On May 27, the opening ceremony of the "Dynamic Haizhu" games was held, attracting many sports enthusiasts from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to join in.

The Haizhu bureau of culture, tourism and sports, the event organizer, planned nine events for this year's games. They include martial arts, Go, Chinese chess, international chess, badminton, basketball and baseball.

After the opening ceremony, the public martial arts tournament was held. This tournament, which had 500 participants, had divisions for children, juveniles, youth, middle age and senior competitors.

The "Dynamic Haizhu" games are the bureau's most successful sports event, as it has the largest scale, the largest number of participants, the highest popularity and the most widespread influence.

The bureau also set up sports markets and carnivals at the event to promote the development of the sports industry, while also raising people's enthusiasm for fitness.
