Haizhu held the 2023 Pazhou algorithm enterprise offline job fair on May 27, where about 11 leading algorithm enterprises joined.

These participating companies include Vipshop, Interactive Entertainment and Baidu's Paddle Paddle. The job fair offered nearly 200 positions, including high-end and high-paying positions such as algorithm engineer, computer vision generation algorithm engineer and chief engineer for research and development. Most of the promoted positions pay more than 300,000 yuan ($42,412) a year, with the highest salary reaching 1.2 million yuan.

The job fair also released a list of needed talents in core digital economy industries Haizhu district, Guangzhou. They cover five industries: artificial intelligence, new generation of information technology, digital creativity, industrial Internet, semiconductors and integrated circuits.

Based on the actual needs of talent introduction in Pazhou, Haizhu also built and launched the job platform "Zhiju" in 2020. Since its launch, the platform posted 640,000 jobs, with 9.7 million page views, 10.18 million job page views, and 2.99 million resumes delivered.
