Recently, the Pazhou online legal service center opened in Haizhu, as part of the district's "one center, two consortiums and three points" work model, which integrates offline legal assistance with cloud services.

"One center" refers to the Pazhou legal services center in Haizhu district. "Two consortiums" refers to the construction of the legal service and research consortiums. "Three points" refers to Pazhou's legal services center, public legal service center and public legal service station.

This new work model integrates offline legal assistance with cloud services, which allows people to conveniently obtain legal services. This will significantly contribute to the formation and development of Haizhu's digital legal service environment.

There are 22 law firms in Pazhou with 640 practicing lawyers, accounting for 50 percent of the total number of law firms and 76.5 percent of the total number of lawyers in the district. Pazhou is also home to the Guangzhou Maritime Court, the Guangzhou Internet Court, and the Haizhu District Court.

Haizhu has also established a public legal service center within the Pazhou legal service center. The public legal service center provides online intelligent and digital services, such as online consultations, arbitration for civil and commercial cases, commercial mediation, and notarization.
