Staff workers from the Haizhu district investment promotion bureau introduced Haizhu's building policies. Representatives from the Haizhu district housing and construction bureau, the Haizhu district planning and resources sub-bureau, and the Pazhou Street committee introduced plans for road construction and the future commercial layout in Pazhou west area.

The construction of roads and underground spaces in the Pazhou west area is divided into six major projects, including the road projects around the general Pazhou west area, Shuangta Road, Haizhou Road, west Pazhou Street and its surrounding roads, and South Pazhou Street and its surrounding roads.

Among these projects, the general Pazhou west area project holds priority and has accelerated its construction speed. The main goal of this project is to build nine municipal roads including three horizontal and six vertical roads. To date, 70 percent of the project has been completed and it will be fully completed before November.

"Our building just opened in May. The roads around the building are being improved, which are very important for us to bring in new clients. We mainly focus on modern business office spaces, including service offices, enterprise development, and government and enterprise interconnection. Due to this, we require convenient transportation and supporting facilities," said the manager of the MFG Building.

Haizhu has been paying more attention to the development of its building economy in recent years. In 2023, the Haizhu district investment promotion bureau organized more than 100 staff members to serve buildings one-on-one. It also held a number of activities to spread knowledge on building policies to building managers throughout the area.
