Recently, Pazhou established a public legal service center, which provides public legal services both online and on-site for settled companies.

The public legal service center in Pazhou also integrates and facilitates some public legal service resources, including lawyers, notarizations, mediation, arbitration, and legal aid.

The center is located in the Pazhou branch of the Guangzhou Government Affairs Service Center on the 2nd floor of the Zhongzhou Center, No 1068 Xingang East Road, Haizhu district. It is located opposite the China Import and Export Fair Complex and is adjacent to Metro Line 8’s Pazhou Station.

The center relies on digital platforms to carry out legal consultations, arbitration, mediation and the online notarization of civil and commercial matters.

The center will also provide one-stop notary services, including inheritance, donation, will, commission, declaration, and agreement services with on-site supervision.

Additionally, the Guangzhou internet court and the Haizhu district court have set up self-service litigation machines in the new center, which people can use to complete online filing, case inquiries, online mediation, online trials, and other litigation service functions.

The center has also employed 30 outstanding lawyers and notaries who are proficient in the field of civil and commercial legal business matters and are on duty every day to answer all kinds of legal questions free of charge for enterprises in need.
