In 2019, after returning from overseas, Peng Bairu founded Guangzhou Baiwei Technology, a company specializing in skin care products, and created AOEO, a new skincare brand, in cooperation with three like-minded partners. Within three years, AOEO has become a popular brand among young people.

A big reason for AOEO's success, he says, is that he and his team have a better understanding of the interests of today's young people, including products, promotions, and ways to effectively communicate with consumers.

Lin Zisen was born in 1997 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. He got the idea to start his own business while studying as an exchange student at Stanford University and founded Revobit in 2017.

After returning to China, he led a team to independently develop the industry's first footwear digital platform in Pazhou, Guangzhou. The platform covers the whole process of product planning, design, sample making, production, and sales. Compared with the process of the traditional footwear industry, Revobit's platform can reduce costs for enterprises by more than 1 million yuan ($145,420).

"The key to digital transformation is the symbiosis of connectivity and value," Lin said, adding that through digital technology, information interworking, and resource sharing, efficient collaboration can be realized in all links of the industrial chain.

Through his company's success, Lin has won the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Award and been selected as one of the Forbes Asia elites under 30 years old in 2021.
