Guanzhou Street is located in southeast Haizhu district in the core protection zone of Guangzhou Haizhu Wetland. It is situated south of Guangzhou International Biological Island and Guangzhou university town, as well as north of Guangzhou International City, Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, and Pazhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Pilot Zone. It boasts strong location advantages, being based in the center of science and technology, as well as finance in Guangzhou.

Relying on the life science cooperation zone of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guanzhou Street joint enterprises have built 10 industrial parks, including Loteam Wisdom Valley Industrial Park, Huaxin Science and Technology Innovation Park, as well as Guangying Science and Technology Creative Park.

The five high-quality industrial parks participating in this investment promotion conference are an important part of the industrial development of Guanzhou Street.

Loteam Wisdom Valley Industrial Park opened in May 2020 and is the first AI-themed science and technology park in the Pazhou south area. With artificial intelligence, digital economy, and other industries as its core, the park is striving to build an international intelligent science and technology innovation highland. By the end of 2022, the park had settled 120 enterprises, of which artificial intelligence and digital economy-related enterprises accounted for more than 60 percent.
