The pilot video of the large-scale documentary "Me and my neighbors" was recently released to celebrate the 27th World Wetland Day on Feb 2, aiming to raise public awareness of the impact that wetlands have on human beings and the earth.

Filmed over a two–year period, the documentary was jointly produced by the Haizhu government and the Guangzhou Broadcasting Network. It mainly focuses on the "green heart" of Guangzhou's new central axis - Haizhu National Wetland Park.

In recent years, Haizhu National Wetland Park has developed a reputation both at home and abroad, and has become an important part of Haizhu's "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" initiative.

The documentary is expected to display Haizhu district's persistence and efforts in urban ecological protection and the sustainable development of its natural environment.
