Haizhu has turned many old and disused factory buildings into stylish creative parks. Today, creative parks such as the Art Port International Digital Innovation Center are popular places for people to take photos.

Located east of Pazhou, the innovation center is an eco-island creative park built along the river. The Guangdong Metalworking Factory, which was built in 1958, used to take up this space before the park's construction.

Lingnan V Valley Rubber Creative Park is located on Changgang West Road in Haizhu district. What was once an old rubber factory is now a creative office park as well as an innovative and creative exhibition space for science and innovation companies.

The B.I.G Haizhu Bay Creative Zone is a riverside creative park. The buildings in the park are white, with artistic graffiti covering many of the facades. When the sun is shining, the shimmering river and white walls are perfect for photography.
