The On Time branch of the Haizhu District Library, jointly built by the Haizhu district bureau of culture, radio, television, tourism and sports, the Haizhu District Library and On Time, an automobile company, opened on Jan 5.

The library covers an area of 500 square meters, and includes a multifunctional collection area and a reading and learning area. All books in the library can be borrowed and returned to any Guangzhou public library. Modern service facilities, such as 24-hour self-service machines for borrowing and returning books, have been introduced in the library to provide multi-channel options for employees in On Time.

The library upgraded its reading corner, improved On Time's book management and reading environments, and created a good corporate culture.

The Haizhu District Library began constructing branch libraries in 2016 and now has 53 branches. The Haizhu District Library promotes public culture in communities, schools and enterprises, while also encouraging people to use public cultural resources.
