Located at the southern part of the new city axis in Haizhu, Area C of the Window of Canton finished its roofing on Dec 30, 2022.

The Window of Canton consists of three areas. Areas A, B and C include buildings that measure up to 208 meters, 196 meters and 150 meters in height respectively. It is named the "Window of Canton" because of its unique "100" shape. Now that Area C has finished its roofing, the 100 shape is more distinct.

Area A of the Window of Canton was completed and put into operation in 2015, attracting hundreds of companies. Area B was put into operation at the end of 2021 and is undergoing investment promotion. Area C is expected to be put into operation in 2024.

The Window of Canton, with a total construction area of about 560,000 square meters, was funded and constructed by the China Communications Construction Group (CCCC) Fourth Harbor Engineering. It was designed to be a new landmark and the headquarters of an economic cluster at the southern end of Guangzhou. It features offices, business halls, business exhibition venues, a high-end yacht marina, an exhibition center and a river-view-themed park.
