For the past 10 days, Guangzhou Bus Group's fleet has been stationed in the Kanglu area of Fengyang Street in Haizhu district to support the front-line COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work in high-risk areas.

Since Nov 7, cab driver Kang Yunfu has been providing Haizhu residents emergency services, such as the delivery of living supplies, as well as providing transportation to medical staff and volunteers in the Kanglu area, every night from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

"There are more than a dozen grids in the Kanglu area, and every night I have to transport supplies at least a dozen times and transport medical personnel four or five times," Kang said.

As a cab driver of the fourth branch of Guangzhou Bus Group, Kang noted that he has been driving a cab for 20 years, so it is not difficult for him to transport supplies at night.
