The community of Haizhu recently provided 380,000 packages of supplies to those who are in a locked-down part of the city.

Haizhu mobilized 5,094 social volunteers on to carry out services in the area.

Among the 33,508 special care patients in the area, there are 22,705 people over 65 years old. Forty-five medical security points and 171 medical personnel in the control area provide professional health management and medication guidance 24 hours a day, and the demand for medication for chronic diseases is guaranteed through home delivery of medication by volunteers and online order and delivery by online doctors.

The Haizhu community has established one-to-one contact with 47 elderly people living alone and made regular visits through home visits and phone calls. At present, the medical security points in the area have provided medical services 20,566 times for various people.
