On Sept 29, the opening ceremony of the female art talent training and exchange base of Haizhu district and the joint exhibition of works by female artists in Guangdong province were held on the first floor of X-Mall in Haizhu.

The base was built by the Haizhu district women's federation and Guangdong Province Arts and Crafts. The two sides will give full play to each other's platform advantages to provide training and facilitate exchanges for female talents. They will also hold training lectures, providing channels for female artistic talents to broaden their horizons and develop their careers.
