The 4th plenary session of the 14th CPC Haizhu District Committee was held on Sept 29.

Haizhu has implemented effective COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures, continued to develop the economy, promoted the rectification of large-scale migration and the felling of trees in its urban areas, as well as continued to deepen and promote the realization of new vitality in the district.

Haizhu will implement the Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou, making use of the opportunity to develop with Nansha.

Haizhu will focus on boosting innovation, deepening the joint innovation of science and technology in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, promoting the high-level development of the digital economy, strengthening the construction of the main body of technological innovation, as well as strengthening cooperation in technological innovation industries.

Haizhu will build a first-class entrepreneurship and innovation brand in the Greater Bay Area, build a talent gathering center in the Greater Bay Area, promote cultural exchanges among young people, as well as strengthen youth entrepreneurship and employment exchanges and cooperation.
