The finals of an artificial intelligence and digital economy talent headhunting competition was held at Canton Tower in Guangzhou's Haizhu district on Aug 16.
Consultants for Global Leadership (CGL) won the Gold Award, Guangzhou Three Banyan Trees Enterprise Management and AIMSEN Associates won the silver award, while Risfond Executive Search, Jinxiu Qiancheng (Shenzhen) Human Resources, and Guangzhou Lieying Human Resources Management won the Bronze Award. In addition, the Guangzhou branch of Qian Jin Internet Technology (Shanghai) and 12 other headhunting companies won prizes for excellence, while Guangzhou Akenson won the most popular award.
At the finals, high-level experts in the human resources industry provided incisive commentary on the competition headhunting teams' on-site roadshows, while the teams were able to communicate with representatives of key enterprises to discuss new ideas for talent introduction.
The competition's organizing committee also issued cooperation certificates to key employers and signed strategic cooperation agreements with key headhunting agencies.
The competition was divided into three stages: preliminary round, semi-finals, and finals. The preliminary round adopted the form of an aerial double-selection meeting. The headhunting agency and the employing enterprise conducted a double-selection on the system, and the confirmation of the cooperation intention is to enter the semi-finals.
