The service centers can also provide psychological counseling, as well as online and offline training services

Wan Caiyi, a female online car-hailing driver, said that when she first started working as an online car-hailing driver, she was aggrieved because she was not able to communicate with many of her peers, which left her very frustrated. Now, she can chat with other people at the service center, which puts her in a much better mood.

Deng Jieyu, a female courier, said that delivering couriers consumes a lot of physical energy and she also has to take care of her family at the same time, which is very stressful.
