In order to assist seniors with nucleic acid testing services, the social work service station of Chigang Street, Haizhu district, Guangzhou, Guangdong province made nucleic acid scan code cards for seniors.

When trying to access nucleic acid testing services, seniors often encounter difficulties such as a lack of internet and WeChat when using smartphones to present their nucleic acid codes.

According to the relevant person in charge of Chigang Street, social workers and volunteers will generate nucleic acid codes on mobile phones based on the name, ID number, mobile phone number, and other information on the vaccination certificate of seniors. This whole process to complete the nucleic acid card takes only a few minutes.

A resident surnamed Zhang said that the nucleic acid QR code can be made quickly, which will be much more convenient for seniors to take nucleic acid tests in the future.

From July 20 to 25, Chigang Street has produced nucleic acid cards for more than 300 seniors.
