On July 21, the Haizhu online taxation service operation center of the Guangzhou taxation bureau of the State Administration of Taxation was put into operation.
It will make full use of the V-Tax platform, big data analysis, cloud interconnection, and other technologies to integrate various tax and fee services, as well as to realize the intensive management of channels, centralized personnel offices, and integrated business processing.
At present, the operation team of the Haizhu online taxation service operation center is composed of 45 people from the electronic tax bureau group, the consultation hotline group, and the V-Tax acceptance group.
After experiencing the V-Tax remote tax application service, the financial director surnamed Wu of CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Bureau, said, "In the past, I had to wait in line in the lobby to pay taxes, but now I can just communicate with the tax consultation team through a remote video call, with most matters able to be handled online. I feel very comfortable with the professional Q&A, detailed counseling, and efficient services."
In addition, the Haizhu district taxation bureau has also launched a smart voice service, which realizes functions like automatic telephone dialing and intelligent voice inquiry, which are used for personal income tax settlement and declaration reminders. The service can complete the reminder work for more than 6,000 taxpayers in just 30 minutes.
The opening of the taxation service operation center is the latest innovation by Haizhu to provide efficient government services. In the first half of the year, the Haizhu district taxation bureau's online channel business diversion rate exceeded 95 percent, while its V-Tax online channel's business volume increased by 144.69 percent.
