Guangzhou Metro recently announced the latest progress of 10 new rail transit lines passing through Haizhu that are under construction, of which construction is over 50 percent complete on five subway lines.

As of the end of June, 47 percent of the civil works on the section from Xilong to Shipaiqiao of Line 10 have been completed, while 81 percent of the civil works on the section from Guangzhou Railway Station to Pazhou of Line 11 have been completed.

Of the 14 stations on Line 10, four have been capped, nine are undergoing civil construction, and the remaining one is undergoing preliminary preparation. Among the 14 sections, three have been connected, three are undergoing civil construction, and the others are undergoing preliminary preparation.

Of the 32 stations on Line 11, two have been opened, 14 have been capped, 15 are undergoing civil construction, and the remaining one is undergoing preliminary preparation. Among the 32 sections, one has been completed and opened, 15 have been connected, while the other 14 are undergoing civil construction.

On Line 3, 73 percent of the civil works have been completed. Of the four stations on the line, two have been capped and the remaining two are undergoing civil construction. Among the four sections, two have been connected, while the remaining two are undergoing civil construction. In addition, the Guangzhou Xincheng parking lot is undergoing civil construction.

On Line 5, 64 percent of the civil works have been completed. Of the six stations on the line, three stations have been capped, as well as have started mechanical and electrical construction, while the remaining three stations are undergoing civil construction. Among the six sections, two have been connected, while the remaining four are undergoing civil construction.

On Line 7, 76 percent of the civil works have been completed. Of the 11 stations, five have been capped and electromechanical construction has begun, while the remaining six are undergoing civil construction. Among the 11 sections, six have been connected, while the remaining five are undergoing civil construction.
