The Haizhu district copyright bureau held a copyright protection publicity activity in Pazhou on June 17, in which it signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Guangdong Copyright Protection Federation.

In the cooperation agreement between the Haizhu district copyright bureau and the Guangdong Copyright Protection Federation, the two parties will focus on Pazhou's Experimental Zone for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy to promote the quality increment of copyright works, expand the copyright industry cluster, strengthen copyright protection, improve copyright management and service levels, as well as create a hub for external copyright cooperation.

The activity also included the unveiling ceremony of the Pazhou exhibition and digital economy copyright protection service workstation, as well as the award ceremony of the handwritten newspaper competition on copyright protection.

The Pazhou exhibition and digital economy copyright protection service workstation is the first copyright protection service for exhibitions and the digital economy in Guangzhou. It will provide digital culture and exhibition enterprises with public welfare social services like copyright registration, legal consultation, publicity, as well as training.

"For a long time, copyright protection has been restricting the development of animation and cultural enterprises. This workstation can help our enterprises in policy interpretation, copyright application, anti-counterfeiting, and rights protection," said Long Jinlian, public affairs director of Guangdong Winsing Animation.
