Pazhou will build an Algorithmic Silicon Valley to promote the development of the Pazhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Experimental Zone.

The Pazhou Algorithm Industry Alliance was established in January. It is the first innovative cooperation organization focusing on the professional field of algorithms in China. At present, it has gathered nearly 30 first-member units, covering artificial intelligence, chips, cloud computing, network security, high-performance computing, and other fields. At present, it focuses on technological breakthroughs in algorithms, industrial implementation, application innovation, talent cultivation, and industrial park construction.

In the future, the alliance will build an exchange mechanism for high-level talents between enterprises and universities to jointly cultivate a group of high-level talents in the field of algorithms. It will also build a batch of new algorithmic computing infrastructure with government support, hold activities like policy publicity meetings and exchange seminars, as well as participate in the formulation of rules and technical standards in algorithms.

Haizhu will establish an algorithm industry alliance, issue a policy to promote algorithm development, hold an algorithm competition, build an algorithm industry center, gather a group of algorithm projects, identify a group of algorithm industry bases, attract algorithm talents, and expand a number of algorithm application scenarios to shape new algorithm formats.
