Guangzhou Bus Group recently opened a bus line from the Lijiao metro station to B.I.G Haizhu Bay Creative Zone to meet the travel needs of residents and workers.

The straight-line distance between B.I.G Haizhu Bay Creative Zone and Lijiao Station is about 2.5 kilometers. Prior to the bus line's opening, residents and workers in the area had to walk or ride battery cars to travel between Lijiao Station and B.I.G. Haizhu Bay Creative Zone, which would take a long time. In addition, riding battery cars has potential safety hazards.

This bus line passes through Lijiao Station, Window of Guangzhou, the Guanghang Building, and B.I.G Haizhu Bay Creative Zone. It operates from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays and the ticket price is 2 yuan (32 cents).

This bus line connects the main commercial areas around Lijiao Station. The whole trip takes only 10 minutes, which solves the travel problem that workers and residents in the surrounding area had, as well as improves safety.
