Guangzhou launched the pre-examination triage health declaration card and electronic accompanying patient card system on Feb 26. Currently, more than 70 percent of the community health centers in Haizhu are serviced for it as they have reached the national recommendation standard for quality service at the grassroots level.

The system is constructed based on the Guangdong Yuekang Code, which gathers information like the Guangdong health code, the national epidemic prevention health code, the communication big data itinerary card, as well as the national medium and high risk areas. After completing the application process for the card, users can click on the Guangdong Health Code to show their health status directly. As a result, users no longer will have to switch between different software platforms to show different health information, thus improving the flow of visitors at hospitals and the quality of epidemiological investigations.

Four community health service centers in Haizhu district, including those on Sushe Street, Xingang Street, Jiangnan Middle Street, and Haizhuang Street, recently reached the national recommendation standard for quality service at the grassroots level. To date, 13 community health service centers in Haizhu district have reached the national recommended standard, accounting for up to 72 percent of the community health centers in Haizhu.
