The HI CITY branch of Haizhu Library was opened on Nanzhou Road in Haizhu district. It was built by Haizhu Library and HI CITY.

The library boasts more than 15,000 books, covering more than 10 subject categories, including life, art, literature, economics and management, science, as well as finance.
