Dec 4 is the eighth National Constitution Day. The Constitution is the fundamental law of the country, and no organization or individual shall enjoy privileges beyond it. Haizhu held the Digital Exhibition on Rule of Law Culture in celebration.

The Haizhu Children's Library hosted the 3rd Haizhu Rule of Law Culture Festival to mark the occasion, while Haizhu formed a law generalization lecture group composed of judges, prosecutors, notaries and lawyers who have a deep respect for the rule of law, solid legal foundation, and abundant practical experience. The district also held the Haizhu Youth Rule of Law Painting Exhibition.

The Digital Exhibition on Rule of Law Culture consists of six exhibition halls focusing on China's rule of law, Constitution, civil code, rule of law motto, youth rule of law painting, and minor protection.

It explores the history of the rule of law, Constitution and civil code through audio explanations, real-world simulations, three-dimensional presentations, and 3D modeling, VR, and AR technologies.
