The 130th Canton Fair will be held from Oct 15 to 19 both offline and online in Guangzhou. Here are some tips for participants to fully enjoy the fair.
How overseas buyers can participate in the online fair
The online fair will set up about 60,000 exhibition booths for 26,000 companies and global buyers, and overseas buyers are encouraged to participate in this year's fair. According to the Canton Fair promotion team, online visitors who have attended the fair before can use their buyer badge, existing account or social media account to log in the official website. New visitors can register on the website by entering their information to attend the online fair.
In addition, people can find the "Exhibitors On Live" feature on the homepage or click "Buyer" then "Quick Start" followed by "Watch Live Streaming" to enter the live streaming page. Viewers can also see the livestreams list by clicking the "Live" tab on the navigation bar of the exhibitor's store homepage.
If viewers want to start a conversation with exhibitors, they can click the "Instant Messaging" button on an exhibitor's homepage of their choice or the "Details" section on an exhibit's homepage to open a chat window.
Buyers can send appointment requests to exhibitors by clicking the "Schedule an Appointment" button on the exhibitors' homepages, product pages, and buyers' "My Requests" pages. The negotiation appointment will be scheduled when the exhibitor accepts it, and the platform also supports communication via online video, audio, text messages as well as other methods.

COVID-19 Prevention and Control
In order to ensure safe and smooth operation of the fair, there are some epidemic prevention and control arrangements participants need to be aware of.

Participants outside Guangdong province should present negative nucleic acid test reports valid within 48 hours before their departure. After entering Guangdong, they should take another nucleic acid test on the same day.
Participants in Guangdong province are required to take two nucleic acid tests within three days before the fair. At the same time, all participants should present negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours each time they enter the offline Fair.
