Guangzhou's Haizhu district has finished nucleic acid testing on around 15,600 students and teaching staff members of local kindergartens and primary schools on Aug 29 in preparation for the upcoming new semester.
Considering the young age of students, special staff members have been designated to accompany medical staff to offer guidance for children.
The whole process of nucleic acid testing for each student is around 20 seconds.
Parents have spoken highly of local schools' help in printing quick respond codes for the testing of children in advance and distributing them to children when testing, which saves time for parents.
