On the evening of Aug 25, the Guangzhou COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic prevention and control headquarters office issued a notice stating that Guangzhou's singing and dancing entertainment venues (KTVs), which include KTV parlors, mini singing booths, internet service venues, chess and card rooms, mahjong halls, and other public venues are now allowed to open. 

However, KTVs, internet service venues, chess and card rooms, and mahjong halls should limit patrons to 75 percent of their usual maximum capacity.
