On Aug 16, the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) officially released its slogan, theme and exclusive logo for the 130th Canton Fair, which will be held both online and offline between Oct 15 and Nov 3.

The slogan of the 130th Canton Fair is "Canton Fair Global Share," which explains the Canton Fair's brand value of "Make a lot of friends in the world and make mutual benefits with the world."

It demonstrates China's responsibility to coordinate epidemic prevention and arrange economic and social development, stabilize the world economy and benefit all mankind under the new circumstances.

The exclusive logo is comprised of the number "130," Canton Fair in English, a Baoxiang flower pattern and the years "1957-2021" in the design.

The number "130" represents the history of the Canton Fair. The number "1" is shaped like a stretching road, implying that China's road of opening-up is becoming wider and wider. The number "0" consists of two fused rings, representing "dual circulation" and "dual integration.” It reflects the 130th Canton Fair's theme of driving both the domestic and the global economy and shows that it is the first time the Canton Fair is held both online and offline.

The visual image comprises of Canton Fair's brand logo, theme, slogan, exclusive logo, as well as gold and red bonds.

The exclusive logo also contains gold and red bonds that form the shape of the Chinese character "互" (meaning mutual or each other), which corresponds to the theme. The bonds imply that the Canton Fair, as "a bond of friendship and a bridge of trade," will promote trade cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises and boosts the common development of the world.
