Tram Haizhu Line 1 ("THZ1") was the first modern tram line in operation in the city of Guangzhou. Launched for operation on December 31, 2014, THZ1 runs east to west in Haizhu District with a total length of approximately 7.7 kilometers and has 11 stops of Wanshengwei, Pazhou Pagoda, Pazhou Bridge South, Exhibition Center East, Exhibition Center Central, Exhibition Center West, Nanfeng, Party Tier, Liede Bridge South, Guangzhou Tower East, and Guangzhou Tower.
